STORE CAPITAL CELEBRATES BEING A CERTIFIED *GREAT PLACE TO WORK* WORKPLACE FOR SECOND YEAR IN A ROW!
In July 2023, and for the second year in a row, STORE Capital received A Great Place to Work Certification Badge! This certification is the result of employee responses in a Global Employee Benchmark Survey where they rated their workplace against 17 statements in Great Place to Work’s Trust Index™ survey, and an independent analysis. Great Place to Work Certification recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience. This year’s survey of STORE employees noted company events, great benefits, a hybrid schedule, and flexibility as particular strengths of the company.
According to the survey, 91% of STORE employees say it’s a great place to work compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company. The survey also highlighted that 100% of STORE employees feel they are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation and 100% of STORE employees feel physically safe at work. Also noteworthy is that 96% of employees say they’re proud to tell others they work at STORE and 94% of employees believe that management is honest and ethical in its business practices. Teamwork is crucial at STORE and is on display with 93% of employees saying they can count on others to cooperate.
