STORE Capital Announces Investment Activity

– The Company has funded or committed to fund more than $750 million in sale-leaseback transactions since closing its first investment in July 2011 –

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (September 10, 2012) – STORE Capital Corporation (the “Company”), a real estate investment firm formed to invest in single tenant operational real estate such as chain restaurants, supermarkets, health clubs, education and other retail, service and distribution facilities, today announced that it has funded or committed to fund more than $750 million in sale-leaseback transactions since its inception in May of 2011.
