Her drive, broad experiences, and understanding of tenant needs provides a cornerstone upon which she builds long-term customized relationships. Kris is adept at providing financial solutions to our customers designed to improve operating margins and increase wealth for our clients. Kris Sanderson joined STORE Capital in February 2017, and is a key part of Nick Eggert’s team.
Kris brings to STORE Capital a wealth of experience as a commercial real estate developer. She was with Crosland Southeast for 2 years prior to joining STORE Capital where she led a team dedicated to developing single tenant projects, actively managing multiple customer relationships, market expansion strategies and development projects. Prior to Crosland Southeast, Kris spent 8 years at McNeel Properties, LLC where she worked her way up in roles of increasing responsibility and varying functional capacities ultimately becoming a partner in 2012.
During her tenure at McNeel Properties, she actively managed over 34 teams resulting in the delivery of over 175,000 square feet of space in eleven states and the creation of over $120 million in market value.
