Spencer joined STORE Capital in 2013 as a member of the underwriting team, where he evaluated over $2 billion in prospective real estate investments. He was promoted to Asset Resolution Manager, where he used his prior experience to develop creative solutions, resulting in above average recoveries. He was promoted to Managing Director of Acquisitions in 2019.
Prior to STORE, Spencer was the Lead Credit Analyst Officer with Alliance Bank of Arizona in Phoenix, where he worked in the special assets group and was instrumental in creating the centralized underwriting group. During Spencer’s tenure at ABA, he was responsible for helping to integrate bank acquisitions and provided leadership and training to new analysts.
