Our Team: STORE Employees Have a Voice

Each year, STORE Capital conducts a comprehensive Employee Engagement Survey. The survey allows us to get to know our employees on a deeper personal and professional level. We appreciate their honesty, transparency, and willingness to share their unique stories.

We use the survey to gauge their work-life experience, job satisfaction and develop strategies to improve their holistic STORE experience.

Our 2018 and 2019 surveys allowed us to develop programs to specifically enhance our company culture. In 2020, those results illustrated significant improvement year-over-year in these important areas:

  • Overall job satisfaction
  • Work-life balance
  • Recognition
  • Team attitude
  • Communication between executives and employees
  • Workplace culture

Here’s what our employees are saying about working at STORE Capital:

Employee Engagement

Our management team believes in employee empowerment and has developed strategies to empower our people to engage in our long-term success. STORE Capital’s employee-run engagement committees develop and influence new employee on-boarding, training, personal growth and professional development programs, company social and team-building events, and health and wellness programs.

Each year we comprehensively survey our employees. The results help us develop initiatives and programs to improve our employee engagement. Since the inception of our annual STORE Capital Employee Engagement Survey, overall job satisfaction has increased every year.
