Employee Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

STORE Capital recognizes and values the diversity of people and perspectives and is committed to excellence and inclusion. In keeping with our values, we strive for fairness and equity in our hiring practices and in our workforce diversity, at all levels. Over time, we have hired, developed and retained a diverse workforce that is a key component in our success. As of December 2022, women hold 48% of our positions at the Vice President and above leadership level. We have a deep bench of employees who are collectively fully capable of professionally operating the business and fulfilling the STORE Capital vision.
