STORE Capital CEO Chris Volk Interviewed on CNBC

STORE Capital CEO Chris Volk recently appeared on CNBC’s Halftime Report to discuss growth in the real estate sector. Asked about his overall impression of the economy, he reported that STORE’s diligent monitoring of its customer base revealed some growth trends such as new construction and continued real estate acquisitions.

CNBC contributor Josh Brown addressed the prevalence of wealth attributed to aging small business owners with Mr. Volk, who described the challenges and opportunities in the marketplace. He cited a lack of good financing options for the middle market as an area of opportunity. STORE Capital is an internally managed net-lease real estate investment trust, or REIT, offering real estate financing solutions that provide operational flexibility to middle market companies.

STORE Capital is one of the largest and fastest growing net-lease REITs and owns a large, well-diversified portfolio that consists of investments in more than 2,300 property locations, substantially all of which are profit centers, in all 50 states.
