STORE CAPITAL CEO DISCUSSES QUARTER-END RESULTS AND GOALS FOR THE POST-PANDEMIC FUTURE VIDEO INTERVIEW

Chris Volk, CEO of STORE Capital, participated in a video interview hosted by Brad Thomas, real estate expert and host of The Ground Up podcast, to discuss STORE Capital’s quarter-end results, takeaways, and goals for the upcoming fiscal year.

Mr. Thomas noted STORE’s stock-per-share recovery stood at almost 75% of the pre-pandemic record high and asked how the organization was able to navigate the market during this past year. Both also discussed the seven net-lease business model variables and how they have distinguished STORE amongst other investment-grade peers, in addition to valuation and guidance variables.
