STORE Capital Investor Day Rings a Bullish Tone

STORE Capital held its 2018 Investor Day at the New York Stock Exchange on April 11th with more than 70 analysts and investors in attendance at the biennial event.

 

STORE executives and relationship managers delivered presentations that illustrated the company’s evidence-based approach to real estate investing, alpha creation capabilities, solutions-based financing options, and effective portfolio management.

 

Additionally, Randall Zisler, Ph.D., a well-regarded industry researcher presented his study highlighting the performance of net lease REITs. The analysts’ consensus was that the event struck a bullish tone and those in attendance improved their understanding of STORE’s innovative lease solutions.

 

The day’s events concluded with the ceremonial ringing of the New York Stock Exchange closing bell, which was rung by STORE Capital Chief Operating Officer Mary Fedewa.
