STORE Employees Compete in Brokers For Kids Charity Event
STORE Capital employees participated in Scottsdale 20/30’s “Brokers for Kids” Olympiad event recently and raised more than $5,000 in donations to support and raise awareness for Boys Hope Girls Hope, a non-profit organization assisting children in need.
STORE’s acquisitions and underwriting teams showed their competitive spirit and engaged in multiple activities such as cornhole, Pop-a-Shot, football and foosball. While football and foosball came easy to the team, Pop-A-Shot and cornhole presented some challenges for the STORE squad. Overall the team were pleased to support a worthy cause and enjoy some team camaraderie.
Scottsdale 20/30 is an organization developed for young men to give back to their community by raising money to support children charities. “Brokers for Kids” is one of the many events Scottsdale 20/30 hosts throughout the year. The Olympiad challenge benefitted Scottsdale 20/30’s charity partner, Boys Hope Girls Hope, a non-profit organization that assists academically motivated middle and high school students to rise above disadvantaged backgrounds and become successful in college and beyond.
