Eric Wood
Senior Managing Director
Eric joined STORE in 2015, specializing in real estate and property valuation as a member of the Underwriting Team. During his tenure, Eric underwrote over $750 million in transactions across a wide array of asset types. He transitioned to the acquisitions team in 2017, and now leads STORE’s Indirect Acquisitions efforts.
Prior to STORE, Eric worked for Altria Group in Seattle, Washington, managing pricing, inventory, and merchandise for a large clientele of 100 accounts, with annual revenues totaling $150 million.
Eric also represented Altria at regional trade shows, negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with key retail partners. Eric was a member of the talent acquisitions team and was actively involved with the Sales Certificate Program at the Foster School of Business at UW.
Eric was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Communications.
Tristen Pfeifer
Managing Director - Acquisitions
Tristen joined STORE Capital in 2018 as a member of the Underwriting Team, where he evaluated over $500 million dollars in real estate investments. He was promoted to Senior Underwriter in January of 2020 before taking his current role as Managing Director of Acquisitions.
Prior to STORE, Tristen worked at T. Rowe Price where he presented unique product and investment patterns to leadership in order to enhance management practices and strategies. He ultimately became the leading associate for projects relating to compliance, marketing and sales.
An accomplished hockey player, Tristen competed in the Western Hockey League for the Everett Silvertips from 2014 to 2016 where he was awarded the Western Conference Academic Player of the Year, as well as the Community Service Player of the Year.
Tristen earned his master’s degree in finance at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University after completing his undergraduate studies in finance and economics at Grand Canyon University in 2018, earning Summa Cum Laude honors with both degrees. He successfully passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst exams in just 18 months.
Dan Loonam
Managing Director - Acquisitions
Dan joined STORE Capital in 2019 as a member of the Underwriting Team, where he evaluated over $500 million dollars in real estate investments. He was promoted to Senior Underwriter in June 2020 and became a Managing Director of Acquisitions in Fall 2021.
Dan’s other career experience includes working as an Investment Analyst for Puritan Life Insurance Company of America, an insurance conglomerate, where he provided investment analysis for Puritan’s real estate lending portfolio.
He was also focused on developing Puritan’s lending infrastructure, creating a premier real estate lender in the Southwest via participation with well-known financial institutions. In addition, he worked on the Land Acquisitions Team for BB Living, a build to rent developer based in Scottsdale, AZ.
Dan is a graduate from the W.P. Carey School of Business and Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Data Analytics. His current professional affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.
Cole Miller
Managing Director - Acquisitions
Cole joined STORE Capital in 2019 as a member of the Underwriting Team, specializing in credit evaluation, where he underwrote over $350MM in real estate investment opportunities. He later joined the Special Servicing side of Portfolio Management in 2020, during the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, and was promoted to Asset Resolution Manager.
As an Asset Resolution Manager, Cole sourced different lease and sale resolutions for STORE’s vacant assets and worked on restructures for a wide variety of tenants across a multitude of industries.
He negotiated and structured LOIs with prospective clients, interviewed brokers to market STORE’s distressed properties, and communicated with various third-party entities to explore variances in zoning and opportunity zones. Cole transitioned to the Acquisitions team in 2022.
Cole is a proud graduate of the W.P Carey School of Business and Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University, earning a degree in Finance, a minor in Real Estate, and a certificate in Cross-Sector Leadership. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Next Generation Service Corps Alumni Group.
Brendan Jost
Managing Director - Acquisitions
Brendan joined STORE Capital in 2024 as a Managing Director of
the Acquisitions Team. His track record of success includes broad experience in development, acquisitions, and dispositions acquired in his former role at SimonCRE. During his tenure, Brendan facilitated the purchase and sale of over 150 net-lease assets, equating to $300MM+ in total consideration. As a result of these efforts, Brendan has been recognized in multiple national CRE media publications for his accomplishments within the net-lease sector.
Prior to SimonCRE, Brendan took his first steps into the real estate industry as a Retail Investment Advisor at Taylor Street, a boutique commercial real estate advisory brokerage based in Phoenix.
Brendan graduated from Arizona State University, receiving a
bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies with concentrations in business, real estate, and organizational leadership. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Russell Webb
Managing Director – Acquisitions
Russell joined STORE Capital in 2024 as a Managing Director of Acquisitions. He brings with him years of commercial real estate experience, successfully acquiring over $500 million in real estate ranging from single-tenant, net lease to value-add in markets all over the country.
Immediately before joining STORE, Russell worked at Spirit Realty Capital as a Director of Acquisitions for more than 2 years, where he was focused on acquiring industrial net lease opportunities across the country. While at Spirit he helped to grow the industrial component of Spirit’s $9 billion AUM portfolio from 8% to 25%. Prior to Spirit, Russell was a Senior Acquisitions Associate at Westmount Realty Capital for over 3 years. While at Westmount, where he concentrated on underwriting and acquiring value-add industrial and office assets.
Russell was raised in Dallas, TX and attended Baylor University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He later returned to Baylor, where he earned his Masters in Business Administration in Real Estate.
