Since 2010, Neil has developed a nationwide network of brokers that rely on him for being a creative dealmaker, problem solver, and a relationship-builder throughout the real estate transaction process.
Neil joined the STORE team in 2016 to lead the inside sales team in expanding the volume of single tenant net-leased investment opportunities sourced through brokers.
Prior to joining STORE, Neil worked with Noble Properties as Vice President of Acquisitions. While with Noble, he was instrumental in creating a single tenant acquisition platform and was responsible
for sourcing, underwriting and executing approximately $300 million in single tenant deals in more than 30 states. Neil has worked on a wide range of opportunities. He has executed sale-leasebacks with small to middle-market companies, while also purchasing properties with multi-national companies as the tenant.
Neil graduated from Elon University with a degree in Business Finance, earning Cum Laude Honors.
Eric joined STORE in 2015 as a member of the underwriting team, specializing in real estate and property valuation. During his tenure, Eric underwrote over $750 million in transactions across a wide array of asset types. Before transitioning to acquisitions, Eric was promoted to Senior Underwriter.
Prior to STORE, Eric worked as a Sales Manager for Altria Group in Seattle, Washington. He was responsible for 100 accounts with annual revenues totaling $150 million, managing pricing, inventory, and merchandising across multiple brands.
He represented Altria at regional trade shows, negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with key retail partners. He was also a member of the talent acquisitions team and was actively involved with the Sales Certificate Program at the Foster School of Business at UW.
Eric was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Eric graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in communications.
Spencer joined STORE Capital in 2013 as a member of the underwriting team, where he evaluated over $2 billion in prospective real estate investments. He was promoted to Asset Resolution Manager, where he used his prior experience to develop creative solutions, resulting in above average recoveries. He was promoted to Managing Director of Acquisitions in 2019, and will leverage his experience working with real estate brokers across the U.S.
Prior to STORE, Spencer was the Lead Credit Analyst Officer with Alliance Bank of Arizona in Phoenix, where he worked in the special assets group and was instrumental in creating the centralized underwriting group. During Spencer’s tenure at ABA, he was responsible for helping to integrate bank acquisitions and provided leadership and training to new analysts.
Spencer graduated from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. His current professional and charitable affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Urban Land Institute, and JDRF.
