Craig has over 25 years of industry experience in broad-based commercial real estate and REITs. He joined STORE in 2011, the same year it was founded, as a Senior Underwriter, and most recently served as Executive Vice President of Credit and Real Estate Underwriting before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2026.
Craig has played an integral role in growing STORE’s portfolio. He has also provided valuable leadership and expertise in developing STORE’s portfolio management, which has been one of the key attributes in how STORE distinguishes itself from others in the industry. In addition to overseeing and managing STORE’s investment portfolio, he also leads underwriting, providing unrivaled strategic planning and credit risk management.
Prior to joining STORE, Craig was a Vice President at Franchise Capital Advisors and held leadership positions at GE Capital and Franchise Finance Corporation of America.
