John has been involved in various sectors of the financial services industry since 2014, developing a passion for exceeding client expectations and creating outsized returns for business partners. John enjoys building strong relationships and providing long-term, tailored, real estate financing solutions that give customers the opportunity to achieve their business goals. He joined the STORE Acquisitions team in 2022 and works with customers in the South Region.
Prior to joining STORE, John worked on the Acquisitions Team at Everest Holdings, a private real estate investment and advisory services firm, where he focused on the acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily, office and industrial assets. Before joining Everest Holdings, John spent over three years in the Phoenix Audit and Assurance Practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he specialized in serving real estate clients.
John’s current professional affiliations include the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks and Urban Land Institute, where he is involved in the Capital Markets (CAP) Local Product Council and Partnership Forum.
