Kevin joined STORE Capital in 2024 as Vice President of Credit and joined the Acquisitions Team as a Managing Director in 2026. In this role, he partners with operators and sponsors to structure tailored real estate financing solutions that support mergers and acquisitions, growth initiatives, and recapitalizations.
Kevin’s background in credit underwriting informs his approach to acquisitions, bringing a thoughtful and disciplined perspective to evaluating and executing new investments. During his time at STORE, he has been involved in the assessment of more than $7 billion in potential transaction volume.
Prior to STORE, Kevin built his career in commercial banking with Wells Fargo, First Republic Bank, and Bank of Hawaii. In these roles, he worked closely with middle market clients on a range of financing needs, developing experience across credit underwriting, relationship management, and lending approvals.
