Josh has been immersed in commercial real estate investment, brokerage, and development industries since 2011. His proficiency and acumen ensure certainty of execution for all transactions that meet STORE Capital’s investment criteria.
Josh joined STORE in January 2013 as a member of the Underwriting Team, where he assessed real estate valuation on a large pipeline of potential real estate acquisitions. He was promoted to Managing Director of Acquisitions in February 2015 and to Senior Managing Director in 2024.
Prior to STORE, Josh was a research analyst with CBRE in Phoenix, where he provided property and market research to an office of retail, land, and multifamily professionals. During Josh’s tenure at CBRE, he was responsible for performing quarterly research on 1,100+ properties in metro Phoenix, leading to a quarterly Phoenix market research report.
