Patrick delivers tailored financial solutions that facilitate growth and support long-term strategies for customers headquartered in the Central Territory.
Patrick originally joined STORE Capital’s Underwriting team in 2022, working with customers to understand their business model and evaluate potential investments which resulted in the approval of over $1 billion in real estate investments. He was then promoted to Underwriter where he continued to assess transactions as he facilitated the training for several new team members.
Prior to STORE, Patrick was an Associate National Bank Examiner
with the Office of the Comptroller of The Currency, where he regulated nationally chartered financial institutions with a focus on evaluating banks commercial credit portfolios and capital markets strategies.
