Maddie brings customer-centric capital solutions and enjoys helping customers’ growth and long-term strategies through STORE’s platform. Maddie joined STORE Capital in 2020 as a member of the Underwriting Department, where she was part of a team that evaluated over $1 billion in real estate investments. She was promoted to Senior Real Estate Analyst and subsequently joined the Acquisitions Team, serving the Great Plains Region. One of Maddie’s most valuable experiences on the underwriting team was the ability to travel to customers’ sites, create relationships and understand how their real estate plays an integral role in the success of their business.
Maddie was previously an intern at STORE Capital for the Underwriting Department and had the opportunity to stay with the company after college. She graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing.
