Jake joined STORE Capital in 2026 as a Managing Director of Acquisitions. He works with business owners, private equity sponsors, and developers to design flexible real estate capital solutions, including sale-leasebacks, M&A financing, and construction funding, that enhance liquidity, lower the cost of capital, and support long-term growth strategies.
Jake has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has executed over $2 billion in career transaction volume. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing brokerage teams, generated significant transaction volume, and advised institutional investors, developers, and private capital clients across multiple market cycles.
Jake earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona, where he was a football scholarship athlete and Class Captain.
