Kevin Dean joined STORE Capital as Managing Director of Acquisitions in 2024, where he leverages his background in acquisitions and negotiations to create strategic partnerships across the U.S. and align transactions with STORE’s investment goals.
Prior to joining STORE, Kevin worked in Acquisitions at AIC Industrial, where he led portfolio expansion across multiple investment funds within a niche focus in middle market industrial real estate. He achieved the Strongest Producer award internally several years for the volume of capital he placed sourcing and structuring deals. During his time at AIC, he worked collaboratively on the placement of over $1 billion in real estate investments.
Prior to AIC, Kevin worked as a Net Lease Investment Advisor for Marcus & Millichap, where he focused on net lease retail investments and strip centers.
