Jacob joined STORE Capital in 2021 as a member of the Underwriting Team, where he evaluated and subsequently received approval on over $1 billion in real estate investments across various industries. Jacob was then promoted to Portfolio Manager where he oversaw roughly $2.3 billion of STORE’s existing investments and maintained relationships with over 100 of STORE’s customers. Jacob joined STORE’s Acquisitions team in 2023 as a Director for the Southeast Region.
ACQUISITION TEAM
Prior to STORE, Jacob graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona with degrees in Economics and Management Information Systems. He moved to San Francisco after graduation, to work for Bloomberg as a Fixed Income and Derivative Analyst, before moving back to Arizona to be closer to family.
Jacob enjoys identifying opportunities in which STORE Capital’s Master Funding Solutions can best support the varied business models behind STORE’s customer base of middle market and larger companies.
