Alex joined STORE Capital in 2023 as a Director of Acquisitions and was promoted to Managing Director in 2024. Alex provides companies with real estate capital through sale-leaseback transactions, M&A, and construction funding. He partners with operating companies, private equity firms, M&A advisors, and developers to structure mutually beneficial financial solutions.
ACQUISITION TEAM
Prior to joining STORE, Alex was the Director of Business Development at Keyway, a healthcare net-lease fund, where he was responsible for sourcing and structuring off-market, single-tenant medical sale-leasebacks. Alex also spent time in commercial banking at Zions Bancorporation and Wells Fargo, with a focus on healthcare real estate loan origination.
Alex graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biosciences and Biotechnology.
