Kyle joined STORE Capital in January 2025 as a Managing Director of Acquisitions, where he provides companies with real estate capital through sale-leaseback transactions, M&A, construction financing, and other alternative structures. He partners with operating companies, private equity firms, M&A advisors, and developers to structure mutually beneficial financial solutions.
ACQUISITION TEAM
Prior to joining STORE, Kyle specialized in net lease and healthcare real estate, with a focus on structuring sale-leaseback transactions. His experience spans various aspects of real estate investment, including serving as Director of Acquisitions for two institutional capital groups. Throughout his career, he has been involved in over $1 billion in sales transactions across the country. His deep expertise in deal structuring, market analysis, and capital placement has made him a trusted partner in the industry.
Kyle graduated from California State University, Channel Islands with a degree in Business and Finance.
