Patrick is a Managing Director of Acquisitions, where he partners with business owners, private equity groups, and investment banks to structure tailored real estate capital solutions that support growth.
Prior to STORE, Patrick was a Bank Examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, where he regulated nationally chartered financial institutions with a focus on evaluating banks’ commercial credit portfolios and capital markets strategies.
Patrick graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in both Finance and Real Estate.
