Olivia provides tailored real estate financing solutions to customers headquartered in the Western United States. She joined STORE Capital’s Acquisitions team in 2024, with a strong understanding of the industry from both an investment and operational perspective, garnered from diverse commercial real estate experience.

Prior to STORE, Olivia gained valuable experience at Spirit Realty Capital, where she honed her skills in the structuring of retail, entertainment, and industrial transactions. Olivia most enjoys working with customers to understand their business model in order to help them achieve their business goals.
Olivia earned her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of Mississippi. Her current professional affiliations include the Association for Corporate Growth and Industrial Women in Real Estate.
